Beneficiary Selection Criteria

The policy specifies the criteria for identifying and selecting Beneficiaries who will benefit from the activities and initiatives of the Trust sponsorship or funding, ensuring that they meet the eligibility requirements and contribute to the Trust’s objectives.

📚 Business Study Grant

Business Study Grant will be awarded on the following basis:


1.1.1 A Business Study Grant must enable eligible Beneficiaries to attend at any Institution in South Africa which offers a qualification in a Designated Field.

1.1.2 All Business Study Grants must be bona fide and be granted to an individual on grounds of objective, merit or need.

1.1.3 The Trustees must make all decisions regarding the granting of Business Study Grants by majority vote, based on the following:

📜 Grant Agreement

The Grant by the Trust of any Business Study Grant is subject to the beneficiary concluding an agreement in writing with the Trust.

📖 Study Completion

Should the Beneficiary fail or refuse to complete the Business Study Assignment successfully, they must repay the Trust the full amount of the Business Study Grant received.

✅ Proof Submission

The Beneficiary shall within 30 days thereof notify the Trust in writing and furnish the Trust with relevant official proof.

🌍 Knowledge Application

Beneficiaries must apply the knowledge obtained for a period at least equal to the duration of the study or refund the grant.
